Compensation:

This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $24.38 and $30.48

Implementation Specialist, Onsite Svcs-20135278

Position Details



The Implementation Specialist is responsible for executing KeepStock inventory solutions at customer locations. This role includes planning, onsite execution, documentation, and post-implementation support. The position requires significant travel, adaptability to various customer environments, and coordination across Grainger teams to deliver high-quality, timely inventory solutions. 50-75% travel is required to support field activities and team development.

You Will



  • Lead and manage the implementation of inventory solutions at a wide range of customer facilities.
  • Conduct pre-implementation planning, on-site deployment, and post-implementation transition activities (e.g. ensure site readiness, install proposed solutions, ensure machine readiness).
  • Document customer-specific workflows and create training materials to support smooth hand-off to permanent teams.
  • Resolve implementation roadblocks through analytical thinking and problem-solving in coordination with internal partners.
  • Collaborate across functions to support the implementation process.
  • Identify and share opportunities for process improvements within implementation workflows.
  • Ensure full compliance with customer safety requirements and Grainger safety standards during on-site work.
  • Support large project operations as needed, including working weekends and various shifts.
  • Travel to customer sites 50-75% of the time.

You Have



  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Required
  • 3+ years Operations, inventory management, logistics, or project coordination
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and related implementation procedures
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience independently managing multiple projects with competing timelines, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience consistently delivering exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering positive client relationships
  • Experience applying analytical and organizational skills to identify patterns, streamline processes, and proactively resolve issues.
  • DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Required
