Vendor Performance Manager, Google Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in sales, vendor sales management, or partner management in a sales or service environment.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Export industry experience.
  • Experience with quality assurance processes, including conducting audits, facilitating calibration sessions, and using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads campaign building and optimization, especially for Builders, Upper Mass Market, and Scaled Onboarding roles.
  • Familiar with digital advertising, Google Ads, and vendor agreement terms.

    As a Vendor Performance Manager, you'll play a critical role in vendor sales management.You will be the principal stakeholder for a vendor management team, influencing and holding them accountable to deliver excellent sales performance and quality. You will be responsible for analyzing vendor performance and presenting key insights to Google sales leadership, and sharing best practices with vendor management and Google teams across global markets and lines of business. You'll touch with ecosystem partners, customers directly to get firsthand insight as well as bring influence to the program's external partnership.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop regional acquisition strategy, inline with country strategy and customized for regional to best capture local uniqueness, balance short and long-term growth. Drive strategy alignment and implement across vendor partners and cross-functional teams.
    • Enable vendor sales performance. Monitor sales performance metrics and share key market insights with Google leadership. Consult on vendor-led business reviews, ensuring performance diagnoses, mitigation plans, and follow-up to deliver results.
    • Ensure vendor service quality against contracted service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, and holding vendor management accountable to make improvements.
    • Build influential, trusted partner relationships with vendor sales management for Google, communicating expectations for delivering against program-specific agreement terms while providing appropriate support (e.g., product, tool, and process support and cascade central changes), best practices, and guidance.
