Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative/business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technical support service delivery or vendor management.
- 8 years of experience leading operations, support, strategy, and change management.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience with SQL, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across a global organization.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud or other Cloud platforms.
- Ability to communicate to senior management, site leadership teams, cross-functionally, Vendor Management, Global Operations, technical teams, and vendor account management, vendor operations management, and vendors at site-wide level.

As a Vendor Operations Manager in the Vendor Management Office, you will have the responsibility of service delivery performance for extended workforce needs across Google Cloud. You will partner with all Cloud teams in Partner/Channels organization, to set up new vendor engagements and improve existing ones. You will be responsible for overseeing Partner Support operations.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with the GCP vendor service providers, as well as service delivery performance by partnering with suppliers and internal GCP Partner Support and Enablement teams to ensure output and successful customer outcomes.
- Identify operational gaps using a data-driven approach and develop innovative solutions to address these in collaboration with vendor sites and business stakeholders.
- Understand processes impacting the operation and support the stakeholders driving these efforts.
- Act as the escalation point for internal and external escalations regarding performance or supplier relationship.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders across global organizations, and execute operational initiatives.
