Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 3 years of experience in incident response, security operations, or a related field.
- Experience in customer facing incident response roles (e.g., MSSP, consulting, SOC, etc).
- Experience in a specialized security operations domain, e.g., Digital Forensics, Reverse Engineering, Malware Analysis, Incident Management, Threat Intelligence etc.
- Familiarity with one or more programming/query languages - Python, Go, C/C++ and/or Javascript, Bash, Powershell, SQL, Splunk, Kusto, Hive

Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse cross-functional team of stakeholders, spanning multiple organizational levels and functional areas to assess and respond to reported vulnerabilities and escalations from bug bounty program.
- Manage multiple cross-functional efforts and escalations simultaneously with competing priorities. Drive consistency between Cloud and central processes.
- Use technical judgment to drive outcomes, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus. Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis; drive strategic and tactical decisions throughout all organizations and levels.
- Set the vision and direction for programs by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
