As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders' needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
  • Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
  • Collaborate across many teams like Android Engineering, Release, Testing/QA, Product Management, and Customer Support both locally and remotely across time zones.
  • Ensure that Google's first-party App experiences showcase quality and usability.
  • Propose and drive process and tooling improvements to help run the software releases and servicing across an increasing portfolio of Phones and other form factors.
