Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates will typically have 5 years of experience in program management.
- Typically 3 years of experience with Global Data Center design, construction, and deployment practices.
- Experience with robotics, industrial automation, data center management, or warehouse management.
- Automation and business intelligence skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technical innovation.

In this role, you will report into the Data Center Services (DCS) team and work with the various cross-functional teams that help design and deliver critical capacity using performance specifications. In addition, you will coordinate and align with numerous cross-functional teams focusing on design, construction, sustainability, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Implement innovative construction initiatives focused on improving project delivery, use of construction robotics, and sustainability.
- Lead the teams that design and build our critical data centers across a large geography to ensure consistency and delivery is aligned across all the regions in EMEA, for performance specification driven projects.
- Organize team feedback, lessons learned, and measure project performance across the lifecycle of the project through closeout.
- Drive the construction team performance excellence by working with cross-functional teams and partnering with local site teams prior to project execution to ensure clean handoff.
- Continue to implement improvements in delivery and execution from the pilot sites and long-term with new business requirements and focus on continual improvement.
