Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management with data center environments, or supply chain quality management.
- Experience with data center infrastructure and components, supply chain concepts, and principles.
- Knowledge of quality management frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, etc.) and audit methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent written and presentation skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
- Ensure infrastructure and supply chain meet the standards for reliability, efficiency, and compliance.
- Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of quality management systems (QMS), and analyze quality metrics to drive data-driven process improvements and optimizations.
- Partner with supply chain management to establish and integrate quality standards, procedures, and metrics across the data center's supply chain.
- Lead cross-functional projects at improving quality, reducing defects, and minimizing operational risk across the data center and its supply chain. Develop communication plans and collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, and other key stakeholders.
