Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in technical program management within a manufacturing supply chain environment.
- Experience in manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP, MES, PLM, etc.), supply chain planning tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Experience managing project delivery.
- Ability to motivate and lead multi-disciplinary teams, build consensus, and drive accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver results that elevate efficiency and cost-effectiveness for manufacturing systems.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for manufacturing systems, and align with broader supply chain and data center technology strategies.
- Lead technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support, and manage scope, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to streamline manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and minimize risk.
- Mentor and coach technical staff, and build a culture of innovation and performance within the team.
