Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Finance or Program Management.
  • Experience working with senior-level clients or stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business administration or a similar field.
  • Experience engaging Sales Management through identifying needs of stakeholders and working cross-functionally to drive implementation and delivery, as well as track outcomes and adapting based on results.
  • Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks, leading business processes and influencing results.

    The Google Cloud Sales Strategy and Operations team plays an important role in Google Cloud, acting as trusted advisors to the Sales Organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, strategize, and manage the business. In this role, you will work with Sales, Finance, People Operations, Staffing, and Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations teams to define how resource investments should be allocated, operationalized, measured, and scaled.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Track and manage resourcing investments within the Cloud Sales organization.
    • Monitor budget and manage progress/risk against hiring objectives.
    • Maintain and improve headcount systems to ensure the leadership team has visibility on hiring progress.
    • Set up and manage scalable processes to align cross-functional partners on headcount management best practices and hiring reporting.
    • Support go-to-market design and strategic planning efforts by providing current and anticipated organizational plans.
