Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing business processes or channel sales, working with resellers/partners.
- Experience in the consumer electronics and retail/carrier channels.
- Demonstrated partner relationship and business development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally.

Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, finance, and programs teams to develop the ChromeOS and Google Workspace for Education business for their region.
- Track Partner Performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure ecosystem health. Work cross-functionally to understand and provide input in to the overall business strategy, ensuring channel readiness, and problem solving any market complexities.
- Be responsible for the partners delivering to their goals, and measured internally on number of Chrome Education/Enterprise Upgrade licences sold, as well as Licence activations, and business.
- Be responsible for joint business plans and executing on the quarterly and long term business planning. Build strong partnerships with the OEM regional leads.
