Staff Software Engineer, Corporate Engineering

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
  
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with People Management, Software Engineering, or Software Architecture.
• Experience with System Integration, Human Resource Information Systems, and Human Resource Management Systems.

• Manage Core data, services, integrations, and infrastructure supporting HR Tech solutions.
• Drive engineering productivity for the People and Culture Infrastructure Engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership to immediate technical problems.
