Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification in AI/ML.
- 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Python, or Java.
- 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Machine Learning Infrastructure, Machine Learning Algorithms, and AI Platform notebooks.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development tools (e.g., IDEs, CI/CD pipelines).
- Ability to think creatively and innovate in the context of developer productivity.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, frameworks, and languages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down problems and devise practical AI/ML solutions.
- Passion for learning and staying updated with advancements in AI/ML technologies and their applications.

Responsibilities
- Experiment, fine tune, and deploy AI/ML models and develop AI/ML applications that optimize developer productivity, streamline development workflows, and automate repetitive tasks.
- Collect and pre-process data, build and train AI/ML models using various algorithms and techniques, and evaluate their performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, product managers, and UX designers to understand their needs and pain points.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools. Evaluate potential impact and relevance to developer productivity.
- Collaborate to define and implement AI/ML solutions that address challenges and improve overall developer productivity.
