Staff Software Engineer, AI/ML

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certification in AI/ML.
  • 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Python, or Java.
  • 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Machine Learning Infrastructure, Machine Learning Algorithms, and AI Platform notebooks.
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models and algorithms.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development tools (e.g., IDEs, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Ability to think creatively and innovate in the context of developer productivity.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, frameworks, and languages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down problems and devise practical AI/ML solutions.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated with advancements in AI/ML technologies and their applications.

Responsibilities

  • Experiment, fine tune, and deploy AI/ML models and develop AI/ML applications that optimize developer productivity, streamline development workflows, and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Collect and pre-process data, build and train AI/ML models using various algorithms and techniques, and evaluate their performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, product managers, and UX designers to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools. Evaluate potential impact and relevance to developer productivity.
  • Collaborate to define and implement AI/ML solutions that address challenges and improve overall developer productivity.
