Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in C++ programming language, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in data analysis, machine learning, and A/B testing.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.

Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of tech leads to deliver high quality code to improve our Search products.
- Add features, tests, and new modules, analyze and fix bugs, improve performance and conduct experiments in a complex code base and across Search systems.
- Work in a fast-paced environment where there are cross-team collaborations, open-ended issues, and rapidly changing technology.
