Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in product design or UX.
- 5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.
- 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
- Experience in UX needs and challenges in the enterprise software.
- Ability to influence without authority across organizations, technical challenges, product/business challenges.
- Excellent UX design and research skills across a diverse set of software products and user personas.
- Excellent analytics, quantitative research, instrumentation, user journey mapping, and measurement skills.

Google's UX leaders help define and drive the future of Google design. The team provides cross-functional collaborations where designers, engineers, writers, researchers, and product managers work to solve challenging problems together and deliver excellent user experience across multiple products and interfaces we build.
Responsibilities
- Identify new product opportunities, articulate product ideas, and fulfill Storage OKRs.
- Build and manage the team across multiple locations, building Research, Design, Prototyping, and UX Writing.
- Execute research insights to inform strategy and direction of the product roadmap and portfolio, as well as specific designs and measurements.
- Build relationships with Program Managers and Engineering partners, work cross-functionally to develop a user-centered product idea, and align on next steps.
- Maintain a culture of respect and sense of belonging within the team.
