Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical program management.
- Experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience in Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Experience in TensorFlow, Pytorch or Jax.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Drive strategy and execution for Machine Learning (ML) frameworks across multiple product areas.
- Work closely with partner product areas to manage expectations and ensuring smooth delivery by minimizing escalations.
- Manage releases and engagement on high-visibility open-source libraries with large user bases.
- Design and implement build and operational processes that help the teams/organization scale.
- Manage communication of objectives, progress, and project status both within the team and with partner and customer teams.
