Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience in networking.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
- 3 years of experience managing teams in complex, geographically dispersed engineering and/or program management functions in the data center, networking, or telecommunications industries.
- Experience in deploying technical infrastructure at a global scale.
- Experience in transformation strategy execution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvements to Identify process, tooling, documentation and reporting gaps, aligning across teams, define and scale standardized solutions.
- Support design and deployment teams, peering negotiators, and planners as needed to deliver connectivity to the Google network, including coaching around the identification of trade-offs in deployment plans, and key day-to-day operational decisions with material impact to investment or returns.
- Apply statistical process control to continuously improve the team's performance against speed and quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide contribution and ownership towards the broader organization's program portfolio, leading cross-functional initiatives with key stakeholders to drive organizational transformation together.
- Execute delivery of network augments, decommissions and migrations safely, on time, and in a cost efficient way. Define, execute and implement a strategy that transforms the team to meet the business needs.
