Senior Strategic Program Development Manager, Market Education

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience working in business development, marketing, or consultative sales.
  • 5 years of experience in cross-border eCommerce business or digital marketing.
  • Experience building customer training programs.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this market.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in SaaS solution sales, digital marketing, consulting, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience building processes, managing projects, and leading complex customer programs with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.

    As a Strategic Program Development Manager, you will be part of a strategic and ambiguous market initiative to accelerate Google's new customer acquisitions and growth in our priority cities in China, through strengthening Google's strategic presence and ecosystem partnerships with local communities, and implementing scalable market education programs with external partners and agencies in China.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and implement a large-scale market education program to help eCommerce exporters activate Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business with Google.
    • Identify and select suitable third-party training partners and key opinion leaders for program delivery. Manage contractual relationships and provide enablement to ensure quality standards, consistent messaging and delivery effectiveness aligned to predefined program goals.
    • Monitor program performance, collect feedback, and analyze data-driven insights. Propose and implement enhancements to optimize coverage, engagement, and delivery effectiveness.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project milestones are met and alignment between market education program efforts and overall business goals.
