Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience working with embedded operating systems.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with software development with embedded Systems/Firmware using C/C++.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, as well as design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Gather BSP (Board Support Package) requirements from Product and Silicon Validation hardware teams.
- Customize BSP software (e.g., ROMs, bootloaders, device drivers, RTOS and RTOS's drivers).
- Support hardware efforts and silicon enablement in products.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., hardware and software) throughout the development process.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
