Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with programming in Java or Web Services (e.g., RESTful, SOAP).
- Experience implementing, configuring, customizing, and integrating third-party software solutions.
- Programming experience in Java/Python, JavaScript, or Typescript.
- Experience with system administration, Cloud infrastructure, or server support (e.g., spinning up databases, applying patches, etc.).
- Experience with enterprise tools in the real estate domain.
- Experience providing infrastructure support and performance fine-tuning of enterprise tools.

You lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of Googlers using UI and functional specs/prototypes as input. You are empowered to act like an owner, take action and innovate to meet user and customer needs.
Work with our product-management, user-experience research, and design (UXR, UXD) counterparts to create the best application for our users and for the problem space.

Responsibilities
- Design system solutions (technical, architecture) to meet product and customer requirements.
- Design and build integrations with enterprise third-party systems.
- Recommend and apply technology choices like Boq, Java, or OnePlatform and Angular TS.
- Oversee/manage third-party systems on Cloud infrastructure (System Administration).
- Implement release management and code management best practices for complex third-party systems.
