Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microwave Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience designing RF hardware for wireless consumer communication devices, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with RF board-level design, bring-up, and troubleshooting.
- Experience using RF equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, vector signal generators, power meters, etc.).
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in RF system and board-level design.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Design and perform testing/validation for Pixel mobile devices radio platform, covering radio technologies (e.g., 5G NR, LTE, 2G, and 3G).
- Maintain responsibility for radio frequency (RF) sub system design in a RF platform that will be used for Pixel mobile devices.
- Work with component vendors and partners to design RF front-end modules, filters, and critical components.
- Manage Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design for optimal RF performance.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 15% as needed.
