Program Manager, Reverse Logistics

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in electronics or computer consumer hardware.
  • Experience with data analytics and in operations management.
  • Experience in Reverse Logistics or Supply Chain in the consumer electronics industry.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into useful formats and bring actionable insights.
  • Ability to engage and lead efforts with business, operations, finance and technical teams.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the implementation of critical projects and global initiatives, that support and advance service operations for Google products.
    • Manage new product introductions and be accountable for day-to-day operations, performance results (KPIs) and customer expectations deliverables.
    • Participate in strategic initiatives within the Reverse logistics space and ensure effective roll-out, identifying operational challenges, communicating findings, and acting on those findings to enable effective and smooth execution .
