Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in electronics or computer consumer hardware.
- Experience with data analytics and in operations management.
- Experience in Reverse Logistics or Supply Chain in the consumer electronics industry.
- Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into useful formats and bring actionable insights.
- Ability to engage and lead efforts with business, operations, finance and technical teams.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of critical projects and global initiatives, that support and advance service operations for Google products.
- Manage new product introductions and be accountable for day-to-day operations, performance results (KPIs) and customer expectations deliverables.
- Participate in strategic initiatives within the Reverse logistics space and ensure effective roll-out, identifying operational challenges, communicating findings, and acting on those findings to enable effective and smooth execution .
