Preferred qualifications:
  • Certifications in CKM, CMAA, CompTIA, ERMs.

    In this role, you will ensure document collection integrity for all downstream process consumption. You will focus on ensuring a plan of record readiness, scalability of solutions, Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) process compliance, and collaboration for maximum effectiveness within the knowledge management program.

    The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are a diverse, upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide expertise on Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) processes, practices, and document organization to cross-functional stakeholders
    • Provide context and insights on current systems and historical documentation to foster improved collaboration between Data Center Delivery and Engineering (DCDE) teams on solution development. Serve as a primary point-of-contact for end-users information intake, approvals, etc.
    • Identify gaps in workflows and processes, proposing solutions to improve service delivery and support data center knowledge management goals.
    • Provide data center knowledge management, document readiness training and guidance to stakeholders.
    • Enhance processes and optimize tool usability for continuous efficiency gains.
