Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations or planning.
  • Experience with product life-cycle management across product and GTM functions.
  • Experience with program and stakeholder management in a cross-functional capacity.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience leading complex operational and strategic cross-functional initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
  • Ability to navigate and influence executive stakeholders within a complex business environment.

About the job

As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Launch Readiness Program Manager for Google Cloud, you will assess the impact of new releases, develop a strategy and operations governance model across a diverse set of product and solution launches and drive life-cycle management initiatives.

In this role, you will be a critical thought leader and partner, helping streamline, scale and transform go-to-market operations across the product life-cycle. You will work closely with Business Operations, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, PR, Partner, Sales Enablement and Activation, Customer Success, Change management, Legal and Finance in designing and managing implementations to meet the cross-functional needs of the business.

You will both program manage new product, program and solution go-to-market initiatives and play a program office role to ensure best practices on the establishment of new efforts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Refine GTM Cloud-wide strategy for New Product Introductions, New Service Introductions and other change management initiatives in collaboration with Global Business Operations, Business Generation Strategy, Sales Enablement and Activation and Cloud's Sales leadership team.
  • Coordinate and ensure clear GTM coverage and execution plans in place for product, horizontal and vertical solution launch and life-cycle management initiatives.
  • Deliver thought leadership, reports, insights and recommendations around GTM best practices.
  • Conduct triage/discovery calls with product and solution managers to assess the right level of GTM engagement.
