Product Manager, Customer Experience

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management with Platform (PaaS) or customer experience products.
  • 2 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product goals, defining the go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
  • Experience with hypothesis-driven A/B testing.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to ship products at global scale.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to uncover requirements, map user flows, build and land automation solutions, define and drive common metrics across partners and organization. You will use machine learning, data science, anomaly detection and other related techniques to design product features that will ensure user issues are resolved quickly, delivering excellent support experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple teams across organization and functions to drive business and customer requirements and create cohesive product strategy.

  • Advocate for users by understanding their problems and developing solutions.

  • Develop a roadmap outlining the discrete milestones and feature releases.
