Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in product management .
- Experience working as a Product Manager with Kubernetes and Backup.
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
- Experience in one or more of the following: data protection, disaster recovery, storage, Relational Databases (Postgres, MYSQL), No-SQL Databases (Cassandra, MongoDB ), messaging queues (Kafka) and K-V stores (Redis) and storage technologies (block/file/object/CSI).
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, or marketing.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities
- Work with customers and lead cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, sales, and services.
- Drive strategy and execution for kubernetes workload data protection.
- Define product requirements for new features and develop PRDs.
- Partner with product managers from other parts of GCP (e.g., storage, databases,Google Kubernetes Engine) to solve customer use cases.
- Drive adoption and business growth by partnering with marketing, business, support, and partner account teams.
