Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in board design, validation, and with design tools (e.g., schematic capture, layout tools, lab bring up, and debug).
- Experience with design, signal integrity, and power distribution techniques.
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with enterprise class hardware systems design, data center engineering, server, storage, and networking products.
- Experience collecting and organizing details to reproduce and explain results.

The Google Platforms Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Google's compute and storage machines for Google Data Center internal use and external Cloud customers. The team designs and builds the hardware, software, and networking technologies that power all of Google's services. As a Hardware Engineer, you will design and build systems from concept to manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Lead a sub-system and hardware design on data center hardware products.
- Execute engineering validation in the lab.
- Gather requirements, define architecture, and execute hardware design and product validation.
- Work with engineering, manufacturing, product, and deployment teams to productize designs and field support.
