Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • 5 years of experience in project or team leadership in sales engineering, product management or technical operations.
  • 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Experience managing projects that improve operations and processes.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, influencing cross-functional business and technical teams, and communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in planning and managing strategic and operational levels.

  • Experience managing and growing relationships with cross-functional teams, internally and externally.
  • Experience with support channels.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Manage the team that delivers on business initiatives that enable the scale of YouTube's and support operations, including implementation logic, configuration, workflows, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Implement an operations structure and bring an operations mind-set to the team.
    • Partner with the business, including prioritization, technical consulting, and mitigating complex escalations.
    • Scale configuration and administration services by defining an effective operating model, scaling with vendors and delivering on strategic initiatives.
    • Partner with the product lead and Web Solutions Engineering teams to inform feature improvements and long-term product needs.
