- 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
- Experience advising senior business executives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Provide insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership based on analysis.
- Facilitate the creation refreshes a long-term portfolio Trust Strategy and drive recommendations.
- Lead high-impact strategic projects in collaboration with leadership to develop perspectives on their top strategic questions. Support ongoing strategy forums and conversations with leadership.
- Build strategy capabilities and frameworks for Trust (e.g., data driven processes, strategic frameworks, etc.).
- Build relationships and ensure tight alignment on strategic Trust strategies across key product areas and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Policy, Legal, Marketing, Communications, Finance), while navigating interdependencies and trade-offs.
