Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Candidates will typically have 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in Turkish and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working in the App Marketing industry.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Ability to work well in a team, and be organized and responsible.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solution.
  • Interest in sales, and working with and educating new advertisers.

As a Growth Manager, you will engage deeply with sophisticated mobile-first businesses, exceed growth goals, and drive change to accelerate Google's position in the fast-growing and strategic business of app install.

In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of App install business in your assigned market from setting strategy and driving execution to reach the market growth goals. You will work dynamically with both new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to drive app discovery and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with existing gaming clients. Understand their business goals and issues.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio. Prioritize accounts, address concerns, and measure campaign results effectively.
  • Consult with C-level executives to help them achieve their domestic and global marketing objectives using Google's app advertising tools.
  • Deliver exceptional client service. Create tailored app marketing strategies that ensure long-term client success.
