Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS sales, or consulting.
  • 5 years of experience with go-to-market solutions.
  • 3 years of experience with translating customer needs into AI/Generative AI solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working across core infrastructure, enterprise, and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to build influential relationships and work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to work between Strategic Operations (StratOps), engineering, business, and GTM boundaries.
  • Ability to plan, pitch, and execute a complete business and customer transformation strategy, aligned with Cloud, Analytics, and AI.

    As a GTM Specialist, you will be responsible for the coordination of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and business plays, managing campaigns, and providing feedback to Product and Global Solutions teams to inform results. You will work across engineering pillars, aligned GTM teams, and practice directors to drive cohesion execution of cross-cloud initiatives.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder management plans, and create relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Drive integrated demand generation (DemGen) strategies in alignment with partner GTM plans, evolve, refine, and update Partner solution accelerators in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
    • Create and launch compelling business assets with industry-specific messaging and narratives, including industry-specific offers, regional partner engagement strategies, and solution chains.
    • Define, deliver, and execute content for demand generation (DemGen) campaigns. Evolve the North America-wide campaigns catalog for demand generation activities.
    • Lead and support business content, and execute campaigns collaboratively with field and specialist teams.
