The gTech Ads Product Operations team sits at the intersection of Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering, helping to launch critical products and services across the Google Ads business. Our focus is on bringing powerful insights to these teams to improve product, help customers grow the business and improve the overall customer experience. Our team partners closely with gTech's Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Develop solutions, provide consulting services to our partners, build lasting relationships, and be aware of the client's needs.
  
• Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by being the subject matter expert, delivering innovative and scalable solutions, and troubleshooting their technical issues.
  
• Propose, design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals.
  
• Perform implementation reviews and advocate for product features. Provide partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams.
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external advertisers and partners to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.
