CO Salary Range: USD 118,000.00 - 174,000.00 per year

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in data analysis using SQL/MySQL.
  • Experience providing technical integration support to external/internal partners and creating tooling or automation solutions to scale support.

    The gUP Search Ecosystem team is supporting a wide range of initiatives to ensure a modern, engaging and visually appealing Search experience. Our team works with partners across the entire content ecosystem, from traditional websites to content creators, media libraries, and third-party platforms. We provide technical consulting, scaled support, and operations, data insights, and we advocate for users and partners throughout the product life cycle.

    As a Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting integrations with our largest external partners and/or internal clients. You will collaborate with teams in Engineering, Partnerships, and Product Management to take emerging product solutions from incubation to scale. You will balance business and partner needs with product/process constraints, develop innovative scaling solutions, build analytics and data insights, and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to influence product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the scaling of operational workflows via tooling, automation, and technical documentation.
    • Provide 1:1 technical onboarding, debugging, and troubleshooting support for strategic partners.
    • Work with cross-functional (including Engineering, Product Management, Business Development) and gTech internal stakeholders to facilitate Search product launches requiring partner/platform integrations.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize product features required to improve the partner onboarding experience and enable onboarding at scale.
    • Gather, assess, and manage data and transform it into reports and insights by building Business Intelligence dashboards to analyze product and partner success metrics and analyze business trends.
