Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience as a Semiconductor Manufacturing/Test Operation Engineer.
- 8 years of experience in a Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, or Product Engineering.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with technical leadership and executive communication.
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Material Engineering.
- 15 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing and testing.
Experience with SoC and PMIC productization.

Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional efforts for Technology and operational readiness during New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Drive and resolve technical and operational issues of material, process, fixtures, and equipment to enable delivery of product and manufacturing process during NPI into Production.
- Lead suppliers to establish and validate process capability and performance metrics for consistently delivering products and for excursion management.
