Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates will typically have 6 years of experience leading and managing a team.
- Experience engaging with accounts, selling a portfolio of products at C-level.
- Experience working in the Norwegian market with an executive network.
- Ability to communicate in English and Norwegian fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local and international stakeholders.
- Experience with large, complex commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
- Experience promoting Google Cloud computing technologies to large and complex organizations across geographies.

Responsibilities
- Lead territory account planning processes that align partner and Google resources to maximize opportunities.
- Ensure customer success, including accelerating adoption with Customer Engineers, and other partner teams.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor and business partner.
- Set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals. Set clear expectations based on the level and role, aligned to the broader organization's goals and meet regularly to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
- Lead the Google Cloud Go-To-Market Strategy in Norway, develop and lead the sales team, and be accountable for Go-To-Marketstrategies.
