Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in program or project management, sales, operations, or analysis.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
- Experience in leadership in technical, developer, or business communities.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Looker.
- Understanding of business operations terms and cloud computing terminology.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and a complex environment.
- Excellent data analysis skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Google Cloud Sales teams, Google Workspace Product Management, Marketing, and other stakeholders across strategy, business intelligence, partners, and more to align cross-functional team efforts on the campaign plans.
- Adapt and problem-solve various data and technical issues to consistently and rapidly improve processes to make it easy for our sellers to spend time with the right prospects and customers.
- Analyze and develop deep insights on business performance, core performance metrics, and support in preparation of weekly/monthly business reviews.
- Share best practices with other regional/global Google Sales Operations teams.
