Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Experience in data analysis, working with databases, and querying (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MapReduce).
- Ability to work non-standard, rotation work hours, including weekends.
- Experience analyzing machine learning models performance or working on large language models.
- Experience working on product policy analysis and identifying policy risks.
Experience using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.- Experience in working with abuse, spam, fraud, or malware.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Help to establish metrics to benchmark Generative AI issues and quantify improvements. Develop datasets and run evaluations for engineers to evaluate and improve Search, Labs, and Assistant products.
- Perform complex data analyses to derive insights that help identify and fight abuse across our products, debug escalations, and identify trends that can indicate bigger product risks, improve tools through data analysis, technical expertise, and presentations to key stakeholders. Enhance our operational workflows via process improvements and identification of automation opportunities.
- Use technical acumen to drive project delivery, challenge proposals, and identify risks. Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope against crashed timelines.
- Collaborate with other teams and functions, RAI, ResIn, Policy, Product Inclusion, etc.
- Review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive/sensitive content during the course of this role.
