Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in physical design and EMIR.
- Experience in ASIC physical design flows and methodologies in process nodes.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in IP integration (e.g., memories, Analog IP).

With your technical expertise, you lead projects in multiple areas of expertise (i.e., engineering domains or systems) within a data center facility, including construction and equipment installation/troubleshooting/debugging with vendors.

Responsibilities
- Develop, support, and execute to meet signoff requirements for IR drop, electro-migration (EM), ESD, and more at full-chip and block level.
- Collaborate with the CAD teams to implement the flows and deploy them to the implementation teams
- Provide documentation, training, and support to CAD and implementation teams.
- Develop silicon measurement and validation strategies for electrical aspects, and analyze electrical issues and feedback from silicon testing.
