Analytical Lead Associate, Sales Associate Program, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with data analysis using data sets using tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, PowerBI, or other data analysis software) through full-time roles, internships, or relevant coursework.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Excellent client service, relationship building, organizational, analytical, and influencing skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail.

As an Analytical Lead Associate, you will be a part of the Americas Sales Associate Program. Through this rotational program, you will deliver on customer business objectives by helping improve the way they measure impact, attribute value, and act on Google media recommendations through shorter-term assignments.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $69,000-$104,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders. Analyze internal and external data identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trust and challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
  • Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, behavior insights, data integration, and measurement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive new business growth.
