About the Role:

GoodRx is the leading consumer health platform and source of affordability solutions for prescription drugs. The Manufacturer Solutions team at GoodRx is seeking a dynamic, strategic and analytical professional to join our team as the Vice President of Strategy and Analytics. In this role, as part of the commercial GTM team, you will lead efforts to demonstrate the value of our platform and solutions to customers, driving new sales and ensuring high renewal rates and revenue growth.

Your impact:

Lead the development of compelling data stories, case studies and narratives that clearly articulate the unique value proposition of our platform to current and prospective clients resulting in: (1) revenue growth through successful new sales and the seamless renewal of existing deals, (2) competitive differentiation and long term strategic advantage

What you'll do:

  • Strategically drive account growth by translating relevant insights into value stories for clients
  • Own the tracking, measurement, and communication of the value of our platform, audience and products to our B2B customers
  • Utilize a myriad of internal and external data sets to quantify and demonstrate the impact and ROI of our solutions for clients
  • Identify key metrics of interest for our customers both pre- and post sales educate the team to deliver the right insights
  • Work with internal data/BI teams and third party measurement companies to build relationships, understand measurement models and optimize the performance of our solutions
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform commercial strategies
  • Translate internal and external data into compelling reports and presentations that inform client situations, thought leadership and marketing content
  • Leverage market intelligence to position our solutions effectively and identify areas for innovation

Who you are:

  • A seasoned strategy and analytics leader, who is extremely comfortable working with large data sets, including pharmaceutical and health/wellness data, building models and extracting relevant insights
  • Data driven with a strong understanding of key commercial metrics and value drivers for pharmaceutical brands
  • An exceptional communicator, adept at articulating complex data stories to different audiences, including senior level and C-suite executives
  • A collaborative leader and problem solver who thrives in cross-functional environments
  • A passionate advocate for healthcare access, committed to GoodRx's mission to make healthcare affordable and accessible

Skills and qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, in strategy/analytics roles at a top pharmaceutical company or management consulting firm, and a college degree
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering data-driven value stories and insights for clients and sales and marketing teams
  • Strong technical expertise with Excel, Looker, Tableau, GSuite and SQL
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Advanced degree in healthcare, data science or related field preferred
  • Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$252,000.00 - $402,000.00

New York Office:
$231,000.00 - $369,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$210,000.00 - $335,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$189,000.00 - $302,000.00
