About the Role:

The Sr. Analyst, Claims Revenue Analytics role will be responsible for supporting analytical work and strategic decision-making to maximize the revenue potential of our prescriptions marketplace while helping patients save money. This role will be focused on combining insights from our data, external partners, and internal stakeholders to surface opportunities, make recommendations, and execute.

Our ideal candidate will be proactive, inquisitive, and growth-oriented - constantly seeking to explore and optimize. They will develop reporting and processes to identify, socialize, and deliver revenue growth opportunities. This will involve working cross-functionally with our Pricing, Operations, Marketing, and Data teams as well as with external business partners to achieve team goals; strong communication and organization skills will be essential to success.

Experience in healthcare at a Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Pharmaceutical company, or major Retail Pharmacy is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm, size, and test growth opportunities in partnership with cross-functional partners
  • Work with external business partners to identify and validate potential growth opportunities
  • Develop and streamline cross-functional processes and communication to support ongoing execution of growth-driving initiatives
  • Build reporting and dashboarding to facilitate insights and measure the impact of growth initiatives
  • Define measurements of success
  • Support operational reporting needs

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a strategic analytical role collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to organize and interpret data to surface insights and opportunities
  • High SQL and Excel proficiency
  • Dashboarding and data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Comfortable independently reviewing and validating large data sets
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong executive presence and ability to synthesize data into insights at a high level
  • Self-starter who is comfortable being hands-on to deliver in a dynamic environment under tight timelines and changing priorities
  • Bonus points: Experience in healthcare at a Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Pharmaceutical company, or major Retail Pharmacy
  • Bonus points: Management consulting, or pricing/business analytics experience at another technology firm

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$108,000.00 - $173,000.00

New York Office:
$99,000.00 - $158,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$90,000.00 - $144,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$81,000.00 - $130,000.00
