About this Role:

GoodRx is seeking a Senior Brand Pricing Analyst to help us improve the affordability for high cost, branded drugs in our marketplace in order to drive growth. The individual in this role will be at the intersection of pricing strategy and operational excellence - building tools, and surfacing insights, and driving initiatives that improve pricing performance and streamline processes across the brand side of the business.

The individual in this role will support strategic decision-making by developing data-driven solutions that identify revenue opportunities, improve pricing accuracy, and enhance operational efficiencies. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work cross functionally with pricing managers, account managers, operational managers, and Business Intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Model impact of price changes to volumes, revenue, and consumer retention/churn.
  • Design and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Looker to track pricing effectiveness and operational performance.
  • Build scalable reporting tools that improve visibility and help internal stakeholders quickly identify issues and opportunities across pricing and operations.
  • Translate opportunities identified within the organization into materials for external parties, so that we may enrich our pipeline of growth opportunities for GoodRx and its pharmacy, PBM, and pharmaceutical partners in order to better serve our consumers.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and isn't afraid to ask "why" or challenge the status quo.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a concise format with clear metrics, actions, and execution strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc), and powerpoint.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience engaging with external stakeholders and business partners.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.

Education and Experience:

  • 5 years with a bachelor's degree or 3 years with a master's degree within analytics preferred, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field, such as analytics or data science.
  • PBM, Retail Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Manufacturer, or healthcare experience is preferred.

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$119,000.00 - $179,000.00

New York Office:
$109,000.00 - $164,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$99,000.00 - $149,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$89,000.00 - $134,000.00
