About this Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive our effort towards building a seamless and integrated end-to-end experience for healthcare professionals.

Healthcare professionals (HCPs) are huge GoodRx advocates, and routinely use GoodRx products when talking about Rx costs with patients. Our team's mission is to empower HCPs by improving affordability, access, and adherence of prescription medications, ultimately advancing patient outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in personalizing our HCP experience and building seamless connections between the various touch points we have currently with the HCP audience.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product management processes, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams through all stages of product development ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Drive product strategy and define well-scoped product requirements balancing user needs and business goals.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the experience is user-friendly and efficient for use by healthcare professionals.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver features on time.
  • Conduct market research, engage with healthcare professionals, and leverage data to gather actionable insights to inform product decisions.
  • Engage and cultivate relationships with product partners to manage dependencies, risks, or trade-offs and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful product launch.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • Experience in the healthcare-tech, pharma-tech, or health-tech industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectation and alignment at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use insights to identify strategic opportunities, inform product decisions, and measure product outcomes.
  • Experience in thriving in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity with ease.

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$180,000.00 - $288,000.00

New York Office:
$165,000.00 - $264,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$150,000.00 - $240,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$135,000.00 - $216,000.00
