About the Role:

This position will play a pivotal role in supporting an evolving and growing portion of our business, Rx Marketplace. This person will lead the development of compelling client-facing pitch/proposal decks and client-facing meeting decks/materials, tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities facing our pharmacy and PBM partners. This person will craft strategic narratives that clearly communicate our value proposition, integrate data-driven insights, and align cross-functional contributions into a cohesive story. The right candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-changing environment where people are driven, enthusiastic, and not afraid to take risks.

You will become an advocate for Rx Marketplace opportunities for internal cross-functional partners spanning retail pharmacies, PBMs, and health plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop executive-level presentations and partner materials, distilling complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Lead the strategic development of client-facing pitches and pharmacy partner communications, integrating insights and storytelling.
  • Create impactful data visualizations that bring analysis to life and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with account management and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality initiatives and external materials.
  • Champion cross-functional coordination across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables across Marketing, Product, Pricing, Legal, Finance, Operations, and more.
  • Operate with a self-starter mentality, turning ambiguity into defined initiatives, while maintaining a learning mindset to deepen expertise in GoodRx's healthcare ecosystem.
  • Drive cross-functional projects in support of Rx Marketplace leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and strategic priorities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required w/ 5+ years of healthcare, pharmacy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategy / operations at a high-growth tech, consumer, or media company
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills; a true slide-design expert who can build clear, compelling decks from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill insights into focused, visual stories.
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • High proficiency in standard business technology: Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Figma and virtual collaboration tools
  • Experience with BI platforms and analytics tools a plus (e.g., Looker, Tableau, etc.)

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$121,000.00 - $193,000.00

New York Office:
$111,000.00 - $177,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$101,000.00 - $161,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$91,000.00 - $145,000.00
