Asset & Wealth Management Engineering

PWM
The Private Wealth Management (PWM) business provides end to end Investment Management services and advise across a full range of asset classes for High net worth individuals. PWM leverages a global technology platform offering, an integrated suite of tools, and applications to service clients. This platform helps realize a client's goals and objectives, develops and implements an integrated wealth management plan and delivers first-class client service. PWM Client Onboarding Technology, part of PWM Technology is a platform comprising of multiple system needed for onboarding PWM Clients and manage lifecycle. Team is global with developers located in Salt Lake City/Dallas, Bengaluru/Hyderabad & New York/New Jersey. Join PWM Client Onboarding Technology to be part of a team that is building the next generation onboarding platform for clients across AWM. We are building highly scalable, distributed, low latency onboarding application that provides unified client experience across various divisions in AWM. Our tech stack is both wide and deep. We use technologies/frameworks like ReactJS, Elastic, drools, Geode cache, Camunda workflows and our application is built based on a scalable micro services architecture. You will be part of a smart, passionate and fun team of developers who are excellent collaborators. You will get to design, develop and deploy features across the stack.

Within PWM, UX is at forefront on how we create intuitive and beautiful products which meet our business needs to help serve our client base. Our UX teams include designers, content strategists, and software developers who are passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity. We work collaboratively to solve complex challenges and craft experiences that meet our business' objectives.
What We are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer, who is strong in React with an eye for visual design and focus on great user experience.
Your day to day will be implementing user experiences in collaboration with our Product Designers, API Developers and other Frontend Developers. You will also be responsible for developing robust and reusable UI components as well micro frontends having use cases in broader organization.
We expect that you maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.
- 6+ years of experience as UI Developer
- 6+ years of experience with JavaScript, CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks
- 4+ years of experience in developing enterprise web applications using React.JS with Redux/MobX, Hooks, Context and TypeScript
- 2+ years of experience with Jest, Snapshot, React testing library or other test frameworks
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of web technologies and web architectures
- Strong background in delivering enterprise level applications in an Agile setting
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Good understanding of Microservice architecture
- Experience in working with web services/API developers
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as NodeJS, Babel, Webpack, npm\
- A strong desire to produce high quality software through cross functional collaboration, testing, code reviews, and other best practices
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
