ABOUT THE TEAM

TxB Vendor Management is part of the TxB Leadership and Strategy team, reporting up through the TxB COO. The TxB Vendor Management team is located in Bengaluru, India; New York, NY; and Dallas, TX and is focused on end-to-end vendor life cycle management.

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• At least 3 years of experience in technology vendor relationship management, vendor risk governance, strategic consulting, business and/or technology strategy or a related field
• Ability to collaborate with cross-divisional stakeholders including product managers, Compliance, Tech Risk, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, etc.
• Experience with the commercial life cycle of 3rd parties - budget/cost tracking and reporting, identifying areas of potential cost savings opportunities and the development of negotiation strategies
• Proficiency in tracking vendor related diligence and governance tasks and reporting findings to senior management on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Ability to work with day to day product and service owners globally to identify vendor risks, develop remediation or mitigation plans and execute on those plans in a timely manner
• Experience working closely with central teams (e.g. Third Party Risk Management, Third Party Operational Resilience Assurance, Data Analytics and Reporting, Strategy & Governance) to ensure compliance with firmwide policies
• Experience developing and managing Vendor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) tracking and reporting programs, including, but not limited to scheduling, running and documenting quarterly Operational Performance Reviews with key vendors
• Ability to support the creation of strategic reports for senior management and related control functions
• Strong program and project management skills
