In Platform Solutions (PS), we power clients with innovative and customer-centred financial products. We bring the best qualities of a technology player and combine that with the best attributes of a large bank. PS is comprised of four main businesses, underpinned by engineering, operations, and risk management:
- Transaction Banking, a cash management and payments platform for clients building a corporate treasury system
- Enterprise Partnerships, consumer financial products that companies embed directly within their ecosystems to better serve their end customers
- Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending, a platform that provides custom credit financing for home improvement merchants to offer directly to their customers
- ETF Accelerator, a platform for clients to launch, list and manage exchange-traded funds

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be part of the risk function for the business: including collections strategy decisions, developing new channel opportunities and enhancing our customer assistance programs.
- You will leverage frameworks to build a testing agenda that improves customer segmentation and behavior-based strategies.
- You should be able to drive customer insights and influence leadership on the value of these strategies.
- You will help ideate and design digital collections strategies to help customers successfully pay off their loans.
- You will work closely with business partners, Legal, Compliance and data analytics to ensure new strategies are fully compliant and successfully monitored.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in building and executing strategic testing agenda including authoring credit decisions
- At least 1 years of experience with loss mitigation strategy and analytics
- At least 3 years of experience with risk segmentation
- At least 3 years of experience coding in SQL, Python or PySpark
- At least 3 years of experience with data visualization products such as Tableau or SAS Visual Analytics
- Ability to explain data analysis to drive business ideas and outcomes though presentations to leadership
- Strong project and reputational risk management skills
- Must be self-directed, detail oriented, driven, able to work independently in a team-oriented and fast -paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience developing and analyzing loss mitigation programs
