Campus Recruitment helps devise and execute the firm's entry level recruiting strategy, including building and maintaining relationships, marketing the firm to selected universities, facilitating the candidate offer and on-campus acceptance process, and executing summer internship programs.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This role will be responsible for developing and executing our talent attraction strategies and initiatives across target schools. Additionally, key responsibility of this role will be to partner with one or more divisions and provide end to end campus recruiting solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the business to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year - Full Time, Summer Interns and Seasonal Hires
  • Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses
  • Collaborate with divisional business managers, leadership, school team captains and other recruiters to develop hiring plans per school
  • Effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive events on campus
  • Adapt to the dynamic on-campus environment and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges
  • Track progress through the season and re-strategize campus recruiting plans as required
  • Ensures seamless on-boarding process of all hires - offer letter generation, BGC process and start date schedule
  • Work closely with the business and ensure regular updates
  • Provide strategic advice on various outreach initiatives to create divisional awareness on campus
  • Help formulate and conceptualize a more structured internship program
  • Work with the respective teams and play a key role in finalizing the internship projects for their respective team interns

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Campus recruiting/University relations
  • Bachelor's/MBA degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in interacting with all stakeholder levels
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of global, cross-regional and cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and passionate: proven track record of understanding campus landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and operationally with a commercial mindset
  • Ability to work with multiple audiences, while building strong personal networks across a complex, consensus-driven organization
  • Exceptional attention to detail - highly organized with excellent follow-through and delivery
  • Should be open to travel
