About this Job

The newly formed Brokerage Clearance Exchange (BCE) analytics team will be responsible for supporting the Securities Division to make data driven decisions with regard to their BCE spend. Alongside a global virtual team consisting of Technology, Strats and Operations, the team are responsible for identifying BCE optimisation opportunities through either negotiation, identification of incentives or internal optimisation.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly analysis of BCE variations and ongoing engagement with the Business to understand the broader picture of BCE spend growth
  • Identify opportunities for negotiation and following the stakeholder matrix
  • provide support for the key Business partners who hold the relationships
  • initiate negotiation with vendors identified as part of the landscape reviews
  • Ensure holistic one GS view of the vendor is consolidated and available for review
  • Engage with broader virtual team on a number of key strategic deliverables including the strategic spend management tools and document repositories

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual with solid experience building revenue partnerships
  • 3+ years of working experience in financial markets
  • Strategic thinker with advanced analytical skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and business judgment
  • Ability to manage concurrent and time sensitive projects, and to drive short- and long-term initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills
