Consumer
The firm's Consumer business, Marcus by Goldman Sachs, combines the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup with more than 150 years of experience. Today, we serve millions of customers across multiple products including lending, deposits, financial tools, and our partnership with Apple on Apple Card. We use innovative design, data, engineering and other core capabilities to provide customers with powerful tools and products that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity. As we build a leading digital consumer bank and expand into new products and partnerships, we are looking for leaders and individual contributors to join our team.
Are you passionate about training, operations and using digital tools to provide solutions to consumers? We are looking for an innovative professional who will design, deliver and improve training processes for the firm's consumer finance operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct seminars, workshops and individual training sessions, both live and virtual
- Handle scheduling and preparation of educational material for courses
- Support and mentor new employees
- Keep attendance and other records
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee training performance
- Comfortable in front of groups
- Creative
- Attention to detail
- Inquisitive
- Ability to take constructive feedback
- Coachable
- Results and delivery oriented, as indicated by progressively larger training responsibilities
Preferred qualifications:
- Financial services experience
- Experience providing training for both deposits and lending operations staff
