Compliance-Bengaluru-Analyst -Delivery Management

The Compliance Engineering Delivery Management Team is a centralized group within Compliance that performs the following functions:

  • Unify and enhance core Compliance systems.
  • Implement, oversee, and deliver strategic Compliance technology solutions.
  • Design, implement and coordinate global Compliance frameworks.
  • Communicate Compliance Engineering strategic vision and current state to Compliance and Engineering Leadership, contribute to creation of Compliance presentations to the GS Board.

Delivery Management Team coordinates Compliance Engineering budget, and manages, governs, delivers, and tracks new and existing technology initiatives, enabling Compliance and Compliance Engineering teams to work efficiently and effectively.

Role Overview

The role needs a business analysis specialist who will be a member of Chief of staff team, assisting in wide range of responsibilities that span budget analysis, people statistics, forward strategy and much more with a data driven approach.

Job Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in existing processes.
  • Support daily operations within CoS function through collaboration with senior management, department leads, and managing periodic deliverables.
  • Initiate and drive the global budgeting / forecasting process by actively engaging and interacting with the business partners.
  • Assist in communications planning, division pyramid mix assessments, attrition analysis and organizational effectiveness strategies.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports and analysis related to vendor strategy, cost savings, spend vs actuals and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience || 1-3 years of experience

Requirements

  • Experience in program management/ vendor management/ chief of staff operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and flexible self-starter with a strong analytical mind-set
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment and coordinate effectively with global colleagues.
  • Ability to think outside the box, detail oriented with a commitment to delivery high quality work.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel;Tableau ;Alteryx will be plus
